Whether you have a question that needs an immediate answer or need emotional support when life feels overwhelming, these are the ways our dementia specialist Admiral Nurses can support you.
These dementia support appointments give members of the Police Forces the opportunity to get free, expert advice from a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse.
Appointments are confidential and last 45 minutes. They can take place by phone or video call, to suit you.
As experts in dementia, our Admiral Nurses are there for the whole family. They offer life-changing advice and support with all aspects of dementia, including:
12pm , 2pm and 3pm every Tuesday and Thursday
