Young Dementia Oxfordshire
Young Dementia Oxfordshire is a young onset dementia service provided by Dementia UK. It offers practical and emotional support for people aged 65 and under who live in the county and have a dementia diagnosis and provides face-to-face, phone and email support and guidance to both those living with dementia, and their family members.
