Black, African and Caribbean Communities Admiral Nurse clinics

    The Black, African and Caribbean Communities Admiral Nurse clinics offer appointments with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse for people from Black, African and Caribbean communities who are living with dementia, and their families. This is an opportunity to seek free expert, confidential, culturally sensitive dementia support and advice. 

    Book an appointment

    Appointments are available up to one month in advance and must be booked at least 24 hours before your preferred date.

    Clinic days: Every Tuesday and Thursday
    Times: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 2pm, and 3pm
    Duration: 45 minutes
    Format: Choose between a video call or telephone appointment

    Appointments can only be booked by the person living with dementia, a family member, or carer. We are unable to accept third-party referrals.
