These posts are for registered nurses (Adult, Mental health and Learning disability) with a passion for, and experience of, providing relationship-centred dementia care in order to improve the experience of patients/carers/families affected by dementia with complex needs.

Admiral Nurse – Band 6

Employer: Sunderland GP Alliance
Location: Sunderland
Salary: 40,823
Contract: 2-year fixed term
Hours: Full-time

Admiral Nurse – Central West

Employer: Royal British Legion
Location: home based with regular travel
Salary: £27,041 to £32,417 per annum, (including a £2,845.80 per annum car allowance pro rata)
Contract: permanent
Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Admiral Nurse – Band 7

Location: Hybrid across home working, community presence and Age UK Head Office: 145 Meadowcroft, Aylesbury, HP19 9HH
Salary: up to £52,951
