You can register your event with us by completing our online registration form. Once you’ve registered, we’ll send you a free fundraising welcome pack and Dementia UK top. If they haven’t arrived after two weeks, please let us know by emailing fundraising@dementiauk.org.

We would love you to fundraise for Dementia UK! However, if you’re under 18, we will need your parent or guardian to contact us and tell us that they are happy for you to fundraise. Please ask them to email fundraising@dementiauk.org and give their permission for you to raise funds for us.
If you’d like a Dementia UK representative to attend your event, please complete our request form: Request a Dementia UK representative – Fill out form.
Most of our event representatives are Volunteer Ambassadors who generously give their time to support Dementia UK. Many have personal experience of dementia and can share information about Dementia UK and the work of our Admiral Nurses. They are not clinical professionals, so cannot answer specific medical or care-related questions.
We’ll do our best to support your fundraiser, but we can’t guarantee that someone will be available to attend every event. Once we receive your request, we’ll explore the options available in your area and let you know what support we can provide.
If you would like a collection bucket for a street collection or a collection tin for a static collection, for example in a shop or reception area where you are not always present, please email our Fundraising Team at fundraising@dementiauk.org.
