Walk, jog, or run the ‘South West’ Coast Challenge for 2024, starting at our base camp in the shadows of the impressive Dunster Castle.

The route begins on the Minehead section of the stunning 630-mile coastal path. The full 50km loop heads over Exmoor with over 1,600m of climbs and some magnificent views with over 1600 metres of climb.

You’ll get full support from start to finish, along with camping options and festival-style hospitality at base camp across the weekend.

As Dementia UK is an official partner of this event, you will receive a 50% discount on the ‘full sponsorship’ registration fee when signing up to support families affected by dementia.

My father passed away in January 2021 having suffered with dementia for a few years. We collected money for Dementia UK in lieu of flowers at the funeral, I thought it would be a good opportunity therefore to add to the money we had already collected by walking for Dementia UK
