Running
Lace up your trainers and hit the ground running.
Take part in an organised event through Run for Charity, or design a challenge that’s personal to you:
- Run a route that means something special
- Take on a half marathon every month for three months
- Commit to 5k a day for a month
Walking
Step out for a cause and make every mile matter for families facing dementia.
Keep it local or go big:

- Join an epic overseas trek with Discover Adventure – you could even scale Mount Everest!
- Organise a community walk with family, friends and neighbours
- Challenge yourself to walk a set number of miles over the year
Cycling
Get in the saddle and raise funds by cycling on your local roads, in the countryside, overseas or in the gym.

- Take on an iconic route like London to Paris with Discover Adventure
- Organise a group ride with family and friends
- Set a long-term goal on your spin bike

- Swim the length of the channel in your local pool
- Take part in an obstacle course
