Young onset dementia impacts on your life in many ways, and you should not be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Connecting with and receiving support from others who understand your situation can make a huge difference and help you to get the most out of life.   

Groups and support services tailored to younger people can be difficult to locate, and provision is patchy across the UK. What is available to you will depend on where you live, and what you are looking for.
