Join Dementia UK and tackle the Royal Parks Half Marathon, run past London’s iconic and historical landmarks for families facing dementia.
Join 3,000 adventurers of all experience levels and ages and walk, jog or run the spectacular Jurassic Coast – a World Heritage Site. Choose from the Full 100km challenge, 3/4 Challenge (75km), a 50km half challenge, the Jurassic Marathon (42km), a 25km Quarter Challenge or a gentler 10km distance. There’s a challenge for everyone!
Starting from Corfe Castle, the route heads to Swanage, then along to Lulworth Cove and past Durdle Door, with ups and downs all the way to the Weymouth halfway point.
For 100km challengers, you’ll continue past Portland Bill and nature reserves and along the western end of Chesil Beach to West Bay’s famous cliffs, before a finish line celebration in vibrant Bridport.
You’ll receive great hospitality all the way, including free food and drink at regular rest stops and support from medics, marshals and massage. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, t-shirt, and a medal to commemorate your achievement.
As Dementia UK is an official partner of this event, you will receive a 50% discount on the ‘full sponsorship’ registration fee when signing up to support families affected by dementia.

Emma and Anna
The walk was both emotionally and physically challenging. But I can’t explain how lovely the support was around. Locals left out chairs with rest stops, with glasses of water and oranges; not to mention the moral support from the other people taking part.
A great event to walk off the Christmas celebrations, and to kick start your New Year fitness regime! Join our London Winter Walk.
Take on 1K every day this February and raise funds to support families facing dementia.
