We are offering free 45-minute face-to-face appointments with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse where you can seek expert, compassionate support around any aspect of dementia, in confidence.
The Admiral Nurse can support families affected by dementia with a range of issues including:
Admiral Nurses are there for the whole family, supporting the physical and mental health needs of both the carer and the person with dementia. The clinic is open to family members, carers and friends of people living with dementia in Northumberland.

NB: Melissa is a double decker bus; the clinics will be held on either the lower or upper deck. The lower deck has a retractable ramp and a wheelchair accessible desk area. The upper deck is accessible via a traditional bus staircase and has no wheelchair access.
