We’re excited to announce the launch of Time for a Cuppa. From the 1st-8th March this year we’re asking you to make Time for a Cuppa and raise some dough to help us help families face dementia through our fantastic Admiral Nurses. Every cuppa you make and every cake you bake, will help us in our mission to ensure that there is an Admiral Nurse for everyone who needs one, and to support more families affected by dementia.
Last year our supporters came together to raise an incredible £108,000 to help us deliver compassionate expert care and support to families living with and affected by dementia.
To celebrate the success of Time for a Cuppa in 2015 and alongside Dementia UK’s new look, we’ve given Time for a Cuppa a makeover. We also have some fantastic new resources for you to use at your Time for a Cuppa event in 2016, register your event here and we’ll send you everything you need.
All you need are a few key ingredients to make your Time for a Cuppa event a success:
- First you need to sign up to host your event. We’ll make sure to send you a fundraising pack bursting with tips, recipes and everything you need to make your tea party a success.
- Find a venue to host the event – It’s easy to hold a Time for a Cuppa event, your own home could be the perfect place to bring family and friends together.
