If you have made an error in your one-donation or if you change your mind about wishing to donate to Dementia UK, we will happily refund your donation, provided that you contact us within 14 days of the donation being made. Your refund will be credited to the card from which it was taken.
How to request a donation refund
To request a refund, please call 0300 365 5500 or email supportercare@dementiauk.org with the subject ‘Donation Refund’ and include your full name, address and donation amount will be refunded.
Unauthorised card use
If you become aware that your card has been used fraudulently, please contact your card provider.
