Support your employees and customers
Every three minutes, someone in the UK is diagnosed with dementia.
The impact on relatives and friends can be huge and without support, dementia can pull a family apart.
670,000 people are now caring for a loved one with dementia. Many of these, especially those who are looking after a person with young onset dementia, are also looking after a child, whilst coping with the stresses of work and everyday life. Unsurprisingly, 40% of family carers experience significant depression or anxiety. All of this can have a considerable impact on the person at work.
We want to ensure that employers have access to specialist support for those staff and customers who are living with, and affected by, the everyday realities of dementia.
Our specialist dementia nurses – called Admiral Nurses – provide life-changing care and resources for families affected by dementia. They have the time to listen and the knowledge to solve problems, helping your employees and customers understand more about dementia and face the future with confidence.
