Join 2,000 trekkers as we venture 25km across the capital taking in unrivalled views of the skyline from its best vantage points.

Setting out from Putney Bridge, we’ll head east towards the city, zig-zagging over the array of historic bridges – each with its own fascinating story – before a midpoint stop at Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens for some snacks and drinks. 25km later, there’s a finish line celebration in Southwark near the majestic Tower Bridge.

Your entry includes free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics, marshals and massage. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, t-shirt, and a medal to commemorate your achievement.
As Dementia UK is an official partner of this event, you will receive a 50% discount on the ‘full sponsorship’ registration fee when signing up to support us.

Lottie and Frankie, who completed the Thames Bridges Trek in honour of their grandparents

We think this walk is a great starting point for future, longer treks. We’ve grown up around here and want to get to know the historical bridges better. There’s loads to see, and there are a lot more bridges than we thought!
