Great challenges need great settings, and none are better than the Island’s coastal path. 2,000 adventurers will take on the Isle of Wight in July 2021 and go all out to push themselves further.
It’s anticlockwise around the island, down past the Needles & the Southern cliffs to Chale at half-way and for Full Island challengers it’s on to historic Ventor & Bembridge and back to our welcome basecamp after an epic 106km journey. You’ll get full support & hospitality all the way, and with half & quarter options also, there’s an Isle of Wight Challenge for everyone.
Difficulty: moderate – tough
Challenge yourself to the full 106km trek or take on the half or quarter options and support our Admiral Nurses along the way!

Emma and Anna tell us why they took on a trek for Dementia UK:
The walk was both emotionally and physically challenging. But I can’t explain how lovely the support was around. Locals left out chairs with rest stops, with glasses of water and oranges; not to mention the moral support from the other people taking part.
