How to pay in the money you raised at your Time for a Cuppa

Please note that following government advice, we have temporarily closed our Head Office. We are currently still able to receive post, but there will unfortunately be a delay in processing and acknowledging your donations.

The sooner you send in the money you raised, the sooner we can put it to work helping families affected by dementia. Thank you.

How to pay in the money you raised

  • Online: click here to pay in online (please remember to include the reference number from your pack so we know it’s from you and we can send you a certificate)
  • Over the phone: call us on 020 8036 5380 to pay in by credit or debit card over the phone
  • By post: Send us a cheque made payable to ‘Dementia UK’ in the post using the Freepost envelope in your pack, or to 7th Floor, Dementia UK, One Aldgate, London EC3N 1RE.   • Bank transfer: use the bank details in your pack (or give us a call if you can’t find them!) and use your unique reference number so we can send you a thank you

Once you’ve paid in your donations, sit back with a well-deserved cup of tea and we’ll send a certificate out to you in the post.
