Thank you for your interest in sharing your experiences of NHS continuing healthcare (CHC).

Our Fix the funding campaign sets out our recommendations for making CHC work better for families affected by dementia, and we are committed to working both nationally and locally to make this a reality. We would like to build up a better picture of how CHC works in local areas to help us in our engagement with national and local decision-makers.

We are focusing on the CHC system in England initially, but subject to capacity, we will expand our work to address similar issues in the comparable systems within Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
