Admiral Nurse

Employer: Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust

Location: Little Bromwich Centre, Birmingham

Salary: £26,565 – £35,577 per annum, pro rata

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Registered Nurse with the Birmingham and Solihull Admiral Service. This post is in the city-wide Admiral Nurse Service, which is part of the Mental Health Services for Older People division.

The successful applicant will have experience of working with older adults and in dementia care. They will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a self-motivated way and be flexible in their approach. The post holder will need to have the ability to work in a variety of settings including seeing carers and families individually, running groups and some teaching/training. They will need to be passionate about Dementia care and be prepared to work both individually and as part of a team that is striving for Excellency.
