We are delighted to be able to hold our annual Christmas Carol Concert again this December in support of families living with dementia. After the Covid-19 pandemic prevented the event from taking place last year, we are thrilled to be planning its return in 2021 and look forward to seeing you at St George’s Church, London.

Dementia is a huge and growing health crisis. By 2025, it’s predicted that over 1 million people in the UK will be living with this often-devastating condition. Almost all of us will know someone with dementia – whether it’s a family member or friend.

There is no cure for dementia, but there is care. And care can change lives.

That’s why Dementia UK is here. Our specialist dementia nurses, called Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing care for families affected by all forms of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease.

By supporting our Carol Concert, you’ll be helping us grow the number of Admiral Nurses, giving more families facing dementia the lifeline they need. Thank you so much.
