Christmas Carol Concert 2022

We are delighted to invite you to our annual Christmas Carol Concert this December in support of families living with dementia. It is always a delight to welcome our wonderful supporters to our festive celebrations at St George’s Church, London.

Dementia is a huge and growing health crisis. By 2025, it’s predicted that over 1 million people in the UK will be living with the diagnosis – and many people who care for a loved one with dementia struggle to know where to turn. They’re often left feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and alone.

That’s where our specialist dementia nurses – known as Admiral Nurses – come in. As experts in dementia, they know exactly how to help. But right now, they can’t reach everyone who needs them.
