What is it?

An open forum for those with an interest in, or are responsible for, the development of education and training in dementia care across London.

Who attends?

• Dementia specialist trainers
• Staff from the statutory, independent and voluntary sectors
• Training commissioners

Why does it meet?

• To share information and resources in shaping educational provision in dementia
• To influence change and improve standards in dementia care through the provision of quality training for all levels of staff.
• To provide a forum on influencing national policy on dementia
• To enable providers and those wishing to commission training to link up
• To network with colleagues

What is Dementia UK's role?

• To co-ordinate and administer the Network
