A night of memory and mischief with Maison Foo

An exclusive charity performance of Memoirs of a Biscuit Tin by Maison Foo in aid of Dementia UK and to mark the start of Carers Week.

Date: 13 June 2011

Venue: The Pleasance Theatre, Islington, London, N7 9EF

Memoirs of a Biscuit Tin is a magical topsy-turvy tale for grown-ups that crept from nowhere to become one of the most sought after tickets at the 2010 Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

‘My surprise hit of the festival...touching and beautifully crafted...deceptively sophisticated and layered work...a little show with a big heart' Lyn Gardner GUARDIAN ****

The evening includes a complimentary drink on arrival, pre-theatre fun with the librarian memory catchers and the performance followed by a Q&A session with the cast.

Your MP, Your Voice campaign

Carers Week, 13 - 19 June 2011 aims to raise awareness amongst MPs of carers and the contribution you make and the issues you face.

Act now! It's the perfect time to write to your MP and let them know about the issues that matter to you and your family and what you think needs to change. Make your voice heard!

Your local MP needs to know how difficult caring can be and what kind of support is needed. What will make a real difference to your life and the life of the person you care for? Take part in our Your MP, Your Voice campaign and raise your concerns!

We want as many carers as possible to write to their MPs so please forward details of this campaign on to everyone who you think will want to get involved.
